Private and customized sessions
Yoga studios serve a purpose, but are not for everyone. Island Om Yoga offers a simplistic approach to individual wellness and mindfulness. In a private setting, we focus on the individual needs, concerns, goals and limitations of each client.
With intention, breath, movement, and focus, Island Om Yoga designs individualized wellness sessions to facilitate energy, strength, peace and a sense of lightness.

How it works
Step 1
Schedule a complimentary 30 minute virtual personal wellness discovery call
Step 2
We meet each other to discuss your goals, concerns, and most importantly, what you want most from your wellness journey.
Step 3
We schedule your first in-person session so you can experience the first step in your wellness journey. This session is at least 60 minutes, but could last up to 2 hours. I will have everything you need.
